“Hey there!
I’m Victoria Delancey, but everyone calls me Vicky.
Hailing from West Virginia, I’ve been navigating the blogging world for over a decade, wearing different hats with various blogs. Now, this space is where I open up about my life, passions, and musings.
In the whirlwind of being a full-time stay-at-home mom to my five incredible children, aged 19 to 9, I’ve embraced the role of a Special Needs Mama. My journey includes navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, all while sharing the ups and downs in an authentic way.
As a busy mama, my focus is on sharing candid, honest, and relatable content. I’m on a quest to shed light on personal experiences, from losing over 100 lbs to embarking on the adventure of starting a small business. Motherhood takes center stage, with a sprinkle of other topics that pique my interest.
Fueling my days with caffeine, you’ll often find me sipping on a Starbucks Grande Vanilla Latte (Hot) with 8 pumps of Vanilla. Sweets are my go-to snack, and my love for Country Music has been a lifelong affair. I’m not just a mom; I’m a self-proclaimed tomboy who finds comfort in hoodies, sweatpants, and the classic t-shirts & jeans combo.
Photography has been my passion for over 18 years, and lately, I’ve been captivated by the idea of becoming a Female Filmmaker, kickstarting my journey with a YouTube channel to document my weight loss and lifestyle transformations.
With a certificate in makeup artistry, an affinity for combat boots, and a love for all things camouflage (especially on my husband, a 10-year USMC Veteran), my blog is a reflection of my diverse interests.
This is just a glimpse into who I am, and there’s so much more I’m eager to share more about myself in future blog posts. Stay tuned for the adventures ahead!”
